One day the show is getting canceled, another day the show is on delay till Teresa Giudice gets out of prison, and yet another day the series is replacing the whole cast. Well, today is no different, as there are more rumors surrounding the series. It is being reported that a blast from the past could be making her way into one of the lead roles next season. According to Radar Online, Penny Drossos, who stirred up a lot of drama during a recurring role in Season 5, might be getting one of the coveted housewife spots. "Bravo noticed that episodes from Season 5 with Penny Drossos were particularly rated well," a source told the news site. "Due to the high ratings on the episode she was on — and the drama she brought — Bravo has talked about bringing Penny back." Last time viewers saw Penny, she was in a heated altercation with all the housewives, including Melissa Gorga, Teresa Giudice, Jacqueline Laurita and even Caroline Manzo, regarding cheatings rumors and allegations that she was told about the gang.
