Created by Hugh Hefner in 1953, the first lovely lady to be featured on the over of Playboy was none other than Marilyn Monroe. Known for it's brightly colored pages filled with sultry photos of beautiful naked women, it would be tough to imagine Playboy without any full-frontal nudity.
