A brand new trailer for British video game studio Hello Games' highly anticipated No Man's Sky was just released, which has us so excited for the upcoming release date. For a time it looked like Sony PlayStation's The Last Guardian was dead in the water. According to Sony, the game would have just been cancelled if people stopped asking about it. Were it not for the game's fans, Sony would not have invested in the time to make it because of some serious technical issues developers faced in the conversion from PS3 to PS4. Read More »
Coming into the weekend, Sony's online system, the PlayStation Network, has been experiencing some rough technical issues. The biggest being download times. Anybody who tried downloading Batman: Arkham Knight was stuck waiting hours for it to finish. Other issues included error messages when trying to load up multiplayer releases such as Call of Duty, Destiny and others. Even those who were running single player adventures that require online pay were met with issues. Those issues have since been fixed and Sony will be undergoing maintenance this Monday. Read More »
Valve's PC gaming platform Steam has done something that not even Playstation 4 has and that is offering a worthwhile refund policy for online purchases. As we covered last week the Playstation online store is known to be stingy whenever someone asks for a refund. This week though Steam revamped their online policy and now players can return a game they bought and downloaded as long as the game is within the 14-day window and it hasn't been played for more than two hours. The Sony PlayStation 4 has been one of the most dominant gaming consoles we've ever seen. Its graphics engine and uncanny ability to tell some of the greatest stories ever told in the history of gaming is a testament to just how powerful of a machine it is. But now it looks like the console will be getting that much better after it was leaked that Sony will release two new models with a 1TB hard drive. Back in the PlayStation 2 days the Ratchet & Clank series snuck in as one of the system's most popular titles. Since then it has had multiple sequels and continued on its legacy on more recent PlayStation consoles. This is why it only made sense for there to be an animated series about the game and Rainmaker Entertainment Inc, Blockade Entertainment and CNHK Media have delivered just that. Paige dominated the Diva's division for most of this year after making her debut the night after Wrestlemania. Despite how great she's been it's still a little odd she wasn't in WWE 2K15. Thankfully that was rectified when Paige became downloadable content for anybody who purchased the Season Pass in November for $25.
