Rick Ross' new track, "Movin' Bass," features Jay Z and premieres tonight on Hot 97 At 8pm. According to Rap Genius, it's not a Rick Ross album unless it has a Jay Z feature! To date, only one Ross album has not had a feature from Jay, (his third LP, Deeper Than Rap).
