One of our favorite 25-year-old singers has just announced that she is canceling her upcoming tour. "Pretty Little Liars" star turned breakout country music artist, Lucy Hale, announced a 7-date east coast tour for her album, 'Road Between,' earlier this month, but now it looks like the star is stopping at a red light for the time being.
