Trent Reznor has announced that Nine Inch Nails will release a new studio album - the first since 2008's The Slip - sometime this year on their new label, Columbia Records. Back in 2009, Reznor and the rest of Nine Inch Nails took part in a farewell tour, which would serve as the last time he would perform under his iconic moniker.
