Scott Disick Checks Into Rehab in Costa Rica

'MStars News' has learned that Scott Disick is entering rehab. According to TMZ, the father of three decided to go get some help for his alcohol problems after partying over the weekend on tequila. The gossip site claims Disick checked himself into Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica.
