Actress, Sarah Drew, who plays April Kepner on the series, has just welcomed a baby girl into the world, with her husband Peter Lanfer. And it seems as though their household is going to be pretty busy now, as they are already the proud parents to 2-year-old son Micah Emmanuel. There's about to be another Grey's Anatomy baby, both on the show and in real life. Star of the hit ABC medical drama, Sarah Drew has just revealed she is pregnant. A rep for the actress just confirmed the pregnancy to E! News. Sarah also personally confirmed the news on her Twitter account, where she tweeted out a mirror picture of herself showing of her growing baby bump. She captioned the image, "Nope.
