Acclaimed writer and producer Roberto Orci was about to take over the director's chair for the yet-to-be titled Star Trek 3 movie, but this week we learned that he didn't get the job. Reports aren't clear as to whether or not he turned down the job, or something else happened, but for now the Into Darkness scribe is remaining as a producer for the popular Star trek reboot movie franchise, which Orci helped start with director J.J.
