It looks like a silver lining has come for "7th Heaven" star Stephen Collins as new reports are claiming the actor isn't going to face any prosecution stemming from the three reports of sexual child molestation that broke out against him earlier this month. It looks like the actor will not be facing any criminal charges in the case unless a recent victim comes out against Collins. According to TMZ, apparently the statue of limitations for the charges have run out on two of the cases, and the alleged third victim has not come forward yet.
