Back in 2013, New Regency announced a new film project based on Guy Delisle's graphic novel Pyongyang, which followed an American working in North Korea. Gore Verbinski was set to helm the project with Steve Carell set to star. This movie has officially been cancelled after the scary situation this month with the Sony email hacks and the cancelation of The Interview, which was a comedy about assassinating dictator Kim Jong-un.
