David Bowie just released his latest short-film type music video for the single "The Stars (Are Out Tonight)" off of his anticipated upcoming album, The Next Day. As you can imagine, this music video is pretty strange despite a slow introduction. Bowie enlists the talents of Tilda Swinton as they portray a married couple dealing with celebrities moving into the neighborhood.
