On Monday (June 24), a rather cryptic tweet popped-up on Miley Cyrus' Twitter account before she quickly deleted it. The post (directed at the songstress' dad Billy Ray Cyrus) stated, "Since you won't reply to my texts I'm giving you an hour to tell the truth or I'll tell it for you." Attached was a photo of Cyrus posing with a mystery woman... sparking rumors that the "Achy Breaky Heart" crooner actually cheated on his ex-wife, Tish Cyrus.
