Tony Stewart Going To Court For Death Of Kevin Ward Jr.

After about a month of investigation surrounding the death of NASCAR's Kevin Ward Jr. after Tony Stewart hit him, presumably accidentally, with his stock car, the case is being taken to court. Now the accident will be examined by a grand jury and hopefully get to the bottom of this horrific event.
