Alicia Keys closed out the 2014 MTV EMA with a performance of her thought-provoking, political new track "We Are Here," which was nominated for Best Song With A Message on Sunday, Nov. 9. According to Yahoo!, Diddy has been revealed to be the 2014 host of the singer's annual charity event, which raises awareness about HIV and AIDS.
