2016 Golden Globes Television Winners Predictions: Who Should Take Home the Gold?

The 2016 Golden Globes are just a couple of days away, which means it is time to make those predictions. Ricky Gervasis will host the show once again, marking his fourth time as host. It all takes place on Sunday January 10^th at 8PM live on NBC. Now that the logistics are out of the way here are my 2016 Golden Globes predictions for the Television category.

Best TV Series Drama

Empire - It is the hottest show on TV right now besides The Walking Dead, which was not nominated.

Best TV Series Comedy

Transparent - It is a breakout show about a hot topic with an amazing cast. It has picking up awards since its premiere.

Best TV Movie or Limited-Series

American Horror Story: Hotel - It is a brilliant ground breaking show with a stellar cast this season and deserves the win this year.

Best Actor TV Series Drama

Jon Hamm - Mad Men is over. Jon made the show. Even though he won back in 2008, he deserves to wind again for this role.

Best Actress TV Series Drama

Viola Davis - She won the Emmy, her show is hot and she is on fire.

Best Actor TV Series Comedy

Jeffrey Tambor - He is awesome in Transparent. The show and role are groundbreaking and he will likely be rewarded for that.

Best Actress TV Series Comedy

Gina Rodriguez - She is hilarious as is the show Jane The Virgin.

Best Supporting Actress Series, Limited-Series, or TV Movie

Judith Light - She is amazing on Transparent and should be recognized for it.

Best Supporting Actor Series, Limited-Series or TV Movie

Alan Cumming - It is his time. He is outstanding on The Good Wife.

Best Actor Limited-Series or TV Movie

Patrick Wilson - He deserves it. He is so talented.

Best Actress Limited-Series or TV Movie

Felicity Huffman - Great actress on an outstanding show!
