Cameron Diaz Reveals Make-Up Free Cover for 'The Longevity Book' on Instagram

The lovely Cameron Diaz goes make-up free on the cover of her new book The Longevity Book.  She unveiled the beautiful photo the other day on both Twitter and Instagram.

Actress and author Diaz took to social media to share the cover of her second book, The Longevity Book. She sent out this Tweet to her followers on Thursday. "So proud and excited to share a sneak peek of #TheLongevityBook cover!." It is a gorgeous picture of the famous star showing off her million dollar smile and baby blue eyes.

 HELLO Again, Ladies! I am so excited I can barely contain myself!! As soon as I saw it myself, I wanted to share with you the cover of THE LONGEVITY BOOK. I am so proud of this book and very much looking forward to engaging us all in a new conversation about aging–how to do it with strength, grace, health and wisdom. I also wanted to thank you again for your beautiful submissions, which we’ll eventually get to show you as part of the cover beyond the cover; a perfect representation of women standing beside other women, as a united front, to stage change and incite progress. Along with the above Tweet, Joel Madden's wife posted the photo on Instagram with a much lengthier caption that talked about how excited she is about her new book and how she can't wait to engage with her fans about the topic of aging. "HELLO Again, Ladies! I am so excited I can barely contain myself!! As soon as I saw it myself, I wanted to share with you the cover of THE LONGEVITY BOOK. The submissions she refers to in her post are those she asked fans to send in. She previously asked women to share their realities with her via photostream. The cover beyond the cover will be found in all hard copies of the book when it hits shelves in April. Diaz's newest book is a follow up to The Body Book, which was about loving your body through science, nutrition, exercise, diet, well-being and making the right choices so you can have your best body.
