The Incredible Hulk has always been depicted as the big bad green throughout his appearances within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner is our resident scientist who turns into a mindless green beast and that goes rampaging all over. And we know it's time to see more from the Hulk. Well, we might be up for some surprises in his next appearance in Thor: Ragnarok.
There were rumors about a major talk happening at Marvel Studios about the evolution of the Marvel character. And as expected, Thor: Ragnarok's director, Taika Waititi, could not just make decisions on his own, the film's director shared with HitFix.
"It's interesting, because, at the moment, there's a big conversation that's happening about how far to push that. Whether or not The Hulk should be (verbal/conscious). I think a lot of those conversations have more to do with what's going to come up in the future movies. So I think a lot of those decisions are larger group decisions, rather than anything to do with just me or the writer. They have a lot of stuff that they have to consider. But I do think that's the best way to track it. I think we all want that. I think we all want to see the development and the evolution of that character. I also think you can do it in a fun way," Waititi said.
Seems like we'll be seeing a smarter, less angry but better Hulk in the future. What do you think?
Whether this said development is true or not, fans like us can only hope to see what the best Marvel Cinematic Universe can offer us in their future movies, right. But I do love to see some improvements at the next appearance of Incredible Hulk.
