Almost two years after their split, Katharine McPhee and Nick Cokas' divorce has been finalized. The 'Scorpion actress was married to Cokas for six years before filing for divorce in May 2014 amid rumors of infidelity. Cokas will receive spousal support and half of her income.
McPhee and Cokas married in Beverly Hills in February 2008 when she was 23 and he was 43, after dating for three years.
TMZ reports the former couple will divide half of McPhee's earnings from her previous show, Smash. Cokas will also receive half of her $700,000 contract with Columbia/Epic Records, as well as half of any earnings to the music rights of songs she made during their marriage.
E! reports Cokas has also been awarded spousal support, and will be paid $102,616 now and will receive as much as $400,000 a year or $33,333 monthly.
Cokas will keep his 2013 Jeep Wrangler and McPhee will walk away with her 2012 Mercedes Benz M Class SUV.
McPhee's rep confirmed in 2014 that the singer had filed for divorce months after she was photographed kissing her married Smash director Michael Morris.

Morris is married to In Plain Sight actress Mary McCormack. They have been married over a decade and have three daughters.
At the time the photos circulated, McPhee insisted she and her husband Cokas were already separated. Cokas claimed they were still together.
Morris and McCormack reconciled, but McPhee moved on to her Scorpion co-star, Elyes Gabel.
On a recent episode of Scorpion, McPhee's character, Paige , and Gabel's Walter performed a duet of Elton John and Kiki Dee's classic "Don’t Go Breaking My Heart."
