NBC captivated audiences with the winter finale of Blindspot. Before the hit NBC drama returns from hiatus, this is the perfect opportunity to find out why you should watch the Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander) and Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) marathon on USA Network.

As we previously mentioned, Blindspot follows Jane Doe (Alexander), who is suddenly discovered in the middle Times Square. With no memory of who she is, Jane's only clues are all over her tattooed body. With the help of FBI Agent Kurt Weller (Stapleton), Jane has to figure what these mysterious tattoos actually mean. But is Jane actually part of the conspiracy that Weller is seeking answers for? Can Jane truly be trusted in the end? Or will Kurt and his team find a traitor in the mix?

Among the members of Kurt Weller's FBI team are fellow agents Patterson (Ashley Johnson), Tasha Zapata (Audrey Esparza), and Edgar Reade (Rob Brown). Each member has their own special role and a distinct personality, which is why their charisma is essential here. Remember Ashley Johnson, who was just adorable as Kirk Cameron's little sister on Growing Pains! That's her all grownup!

3) The Bosses To End All Bosses!

The last time NBC had a cool boss to watch was Lt. Al Giardello (Yaphet Kotto) in Homicide: Life on the Street. And now, the Broadchurch actress Marianne Jean-Baptiste just dominates her scenes as the badass head honcho Bethany Mayfair.
