'Chrisley Knows Best' S04E03: 'Todd Unleashed' At Julie, Savannah, Chase Premiere Recap

USA Network premieres an all-new  Season 4 episode of their reality show/comedy, Chrisley Knows Best. In Episode 3, Savannah, Chase, and Julie Chrisley will feel the consequences ofTodd Unleashed.

While Julie is celebrating Jackson's third birthday, Savannah makes an emergency call to Lindsie. Because she couldn't find a dog-sitter, Savannah has to bring her pet to the gathering. Chase tells his father that he needs his own place. He tries to negotiate with his father about how to split the bill.

Lindsie tries to stall her father as Savannah sneaks her dog inside the house. Chase thinks it's going to be awesome when his father freaks out. Chase makes a run for it when the dog pees and makes a mess on the carpet. 

All of a sudden, the dog shows up in the living room. Todd starts yelling and scaring the dog away. Chase has been waiting 18 years for his sister to screw up. he's going to take advantage of this situation in order to get his condo. 

During Jackson's birthday party, Todd is too upset with his daughter because she's failing Bible and now has a dog. Julie thinks the dog will help teach her daughter responsibility. Chase wouldn't adopt a dog, he'd get a monkey.

Julie knows something is up when Chase suggests a father/son day. Chase thinks his father will be relaxed during their spa day. As they get their message, Todd's phone starts ringing. Savannah is upset that her father isn't even paying attention to her.

While getting his facial massage, Todd accepts Chase's proposal to look at condos. As the two check over every part of the condo, Todd decides to entertain Chas and considers how much money he'll make. When Todd returns home, he discovers that Savannah has left home. 

Julie is upset with the game Todd and Savannah are playing. he is the parent and she is the child.Todd decides to make an offer on the condo and then make it available for rent. Unfortunately, it means Chase needs to have a work ethic. 

Todd heads on over to Nashville to visit his daughter. Savannah bought the dog because she was feeling lonely. She should have at least told him first. Todd admits he is sorry for letting her leave and not saying he loves her. 

In the bedroom, Grayson asks his folks for a fish after Julie killed his frog. Julie doesn't want the kids to go bed angry. Todd is thinking about moving closer to Savannah to have a 4-hour warning when Chase is coming home.
