Brad Pitt’s Six Kids Back In His Arms: First Time Together After Jolie Filed For Divorce

Brad Pitt was finally reunited with his six children for the first time after his superstar wife, Angelina Jolie filed for divorce in September. The 52-year old father is currently being investigated for child abuse after allegedly hurting one of his children on board their private plane last month. As a part of the divorce agreement, Pitt must also subject himself to voluntary drug and alcohol testing.

Brad Pitt was granted time to see his children even for a short time and reports said that the group had a lot of fun. The Hollywood Life reported that this was the actor's first time to see his children in three weeks. He avoided any contact with his kids to avoid stress and further problems. A number of Brad Pitt's friends also came out to support the actor and even mentioned that it is impossible that he was an abusive father.

The Tomb Raider actress filed a divorce September 19. She accused her husband of more than ten years that he verbally and physically abused their son Maddox. After Angie filed for a divorce, Pitt was investigated by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services. She has even hired Hollywood's top divorce lawyers in case things get worse.

According to the Inquisitr, Jolie would not let Brad near his children and was filing for full custody of all the six kids. However, a temporary custody plan was approved. Brad will also be accompanied by a therapist when he visits his kids and will take note if he needs a therapist to be with him for future visits. As a part of the divorce process, the two will be undergoing therapy individually. They were also told to participate with therapy sessions with the kids.

With all the six children under her care, Angelina needs all the help she can get which is why her brother James Haven has come to help her out. Uncle James is said to be helping the kids adjust and plays nanny as well. An insider said that James has been getting closer to the children since June and this arrangement is okay with Pitt. James stays with Angelina and all the six kids in their temporary home in Malibu.
