Angelina Jolie Threatens to Sue Perez Hilton Over Divorce Coverage

Angelina Jolie is now waging war against popular celebrity blogger Perez Hilton over his recent posts on her divorce from Brad Pitt. The mother of six has sent her lawyers to warn Hilton but the self-professed 'Queen of All Media' won't have any of it. He even responded with a snappy "Suck my d**k!" in his email.

According to Radar Online, Jolie's team of top Hollywood lawyers, Bert Fields and Priya Sapori, asked Hilton to correct one of his articles online. This article was about the couple's divorce. Hilton responded that he will not make any corrections and he stands by his reporting.

Perez Hilton posted a screenshot of the email that he received from Jolie's attorneys at Greenberg Glusker on his Instagram account. He captioned this with a short but straight-to-the-point message saying that the law firm threatened to sue him for his coverage of the celebrity couple's split.

Hilton exclaimed that he has always supported Angelina Jolie indicating that he was surprised that this happened to him. He added that he was happy that he was not running for public office. Finally, Perez Hilton ended the correspondence with a candid "F**k U. And suck my d**k!"

But despite his outrage over Jolie's declaration of war, Hilton still left room for making amends. He said that unless the actress wants to turn him into an enemy, he asked for an apology. He claimed that he did nothing illegal and merely did what a blogger had to do.

Perez Hilton is known for his detailed reports on Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's split. In his popular Hollywood blog Perez Hilton, he once reported that the couple had a confrontation regarding Jolie's plan to bring her kids to work in Syria. Hilton described their argument as "extremely tense." The report also posed an intriguing question asking if Angelina's political career may have been the cause of their split.

The Tomb Raider actress filed for a divorce from Pitt last September 19 citing "irreconcilable differences" as the cause. She asks for full custody of all their six children however a court ruling stated that Brad can see his kids under the supervision of a psychologist. Pitt also has to submit himself for drug and alcohol tests.

Recently, the actor was reunited with his six children and spent a day together. It was reported that their children, especially Shiloh who was known for being a daddy's girl, wanted things to be back to normal.
