Aladdin Added To The Live-Action Disney Movie Collection! Director Guy Ritchie Spills Details

Make way for Prince Ali or at least for yet another addition to Disney's Live Action collection.

Along with other confirmed live-action Disney movies such as Cinderlla, Maleficent, Jungle Book, Beauty and Beast and Mulan comes yet another beloved Disney Classic film, Aladdin.

The director said to direct this live-action is Guy Ritchie. He is no stranger to many movie fans. In fact, one of his works include Sherlock Holmes starring Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law. His other works include The man from U.N.C.L.E. and his soon to be released movie in 2017 "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword."

In an article from TheGuardian,  the director had spoken about the movie with a "non-traditional" and "ambitious" pitch.

According to The HollywoodReporter, the live-action Disney film will be a Prequel of the story.

It looks like fans are maybe about to learn how Genie got trapped into the lamp and ended up into the Cave of Wonders or maybe something about Al's back story. They have yet to know so many details like cast choices for Aladdin most importantly Genie who was voiced by the amazing Robin Williams who is very dear to a lot of people. Movie lovers also have yet to find out a release date for the movie since none has been announced yet.

There is no doubt that Disney lovers will be waiting to know more about this exciting addition to the live action collection. With the continued Box Office success from the live-action franchise, fans surely can expect more to come in the future.

Also, fans must not forget about Emma Stone's upcoming character portrayal of Dalmatian 101's Cruella de Ville. And something that many must be looking forward to is the much anticipated Live Action adaptation of the Disney Classic Dumbo. This is directed by none other than the Great TIM BURTON!
