It seems that Samsung is in a massive crisis after several incidents of overheating issues and controversies which continuously putting the company down. As a result, the production schedule of Galaxy Note 7 has been changed as a primary measure to ensure phone safety this time and renew their credibility in the market.

Samsung Electronics is still temporary adjusting the production schedule of their Galaxy Note 7 as well as the production volume. Their primary goal is to "ensure quality and safety matters" which arises in some of their models after US Consumer Product Safety Commission Chairman Elliot Kaye called Samsung's decision to stop distributing the device.

As reported by Fox News Tech, South Korea's Yonhap news agency was first reported that Galaxy Note 7 production was suspended earlier. This suspension was found to be effective since the U.S. phone retailers AT & T and T-mobile stop giving Galaxy Note 7 to their customers.

To recall, the accidents which happened on some Samsung models was blamed on one of Samsung's battery suppliers. Consequently, they also assured clients that the other delicate parts of their smartphones were excellent.

Despite this, South Korean safety authorities have discovered a new product defect in the Galaxy Note 7 that's why they forced customers to stop using them. As of now, the defect is not yet publicly named in public, as per TVNZ.

Now U.S. authorities accompanied by Samsung Electronics are still investigating the cause of the "catching fire" trouble and doubt that aside from the battery there is another source of the problem. Meanwhile, Samsung had promised that this new Galaxy Note 7 is sure to be safe and the green battery icon is the proof of their standard and quality.

Presently, Samsung Electronics is facing great responsibility not only in their soon to produce Galaxy Note 7 but also with their previous smartphone models. However, this is a must to do, for their clients are totally dependent on them and vice versa.
