Kate Beckinsale's Husband of 12 years files for Divorce!

It seems like celebrity divorces just keeps on coming. From Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Vanilla Ice and Laura Giaritta and just recently it's Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom. Now comes a divorce from Kate Beckinsale and Len Wiseman.

The once happy couple was married way back in 2004, they met in the set of the first Underworld movie starring Kate while the director was Len Wiseman. They did not have any children within the 12 year marriage, however the Underworld actress does have a 16 year old daughter name Lily Mo (who have joined her mother in movies like Underworld and Click). Lily Mo Sheen father is Michael Sheen.

People reported according to files retrieved by TMZ that the split up was due to irreconcilable differences, rights to any spousal support were waived by both parties. Also reported that this divorce has had little to no drama, since both Kate and Len are maintaining friendly relationship. The two had very complicated schedules and simply grown apart from each other, however concerns were shown from Len Wiseman about Lily Mo saying "He loves his stepdaughter and is there for her."

The divorce documents were filed in a Los Angeles court last Friday according to The Telegraph. The former spouses attempted to make things work but seemed to fail resulting to very silent fights.

Other reports revealed that Kate and Len's separation started last year when Len was spotted with rumored girlfriend 25 year old CJ Franco, while the actress Kate Beckinsale was reportedly filming Underworld 5 in Prague minus their wedding ring.

Reports also revealed that Kate Beckinsale is somehow in link with English comedian and actor David Walliams. The English actor have acknowledged the attractive qualities of Kate Beckinsale in the past, but aside from that David insists that he and Kate were nothing more than really good friends.

With all the celebrity break ups floating around, one question continues to surface. Who's next?
