The NBA trade deadline is approaching and several teams have been discussing about deals before the deadline. One such deal that is rumored to happen is between Milwaukee Bucks and Boston Celtics.
The Celtics are looking forward to swap Amir Johnson for the power forward and center Greg Monroe; nothing is confirmed yet as the Bucks will need to think it over twice in giving up Monroe. The Celtics on the other side are looking to attain the Bucks power forward by including Jonas Jerebko and shooting guard James Young as per Mobile and Apps.
If the deal turns out to be true and if Monroe moves in for the Celtics he is believed to enhance the offensive and defensive skills of the team. This will certainly make it tough for the other opponent teams in the Eastern Conference.
According to Headlines and Global News, the other side of the story says that Monroe is apparently losing out as many observe that he is not fit to the system of the Bucks head coach Jason Kidd. This could probably be a hint for Monroe to be on his way soon.
Whatever the deal is it has to close before the trade deadline, according to reports there is a probability that the deal has a 50-50 percentage of taking place. A proposed deal is said to be in talks already between the Celtics and the Bucks. On the Celtics view point trading Amir, Jonas and James is also tough decision and something they need to consider.
It also believed that if the trade takes place both the teams will benefit in either ways, considering the fact of the decision to put John Henson as starting center and Miles Plumlee as backup Bucks might just move out Monroe.
It also seems that Monroe has other options because other teams like Brooklyn Nets, Phoenix Suns, and Charlotte Hornets have showed interest in acquiring the NBA star.
