NBC had to pull the fourth episode of Hannibal due to sensitive material in the crime of the week, but luckily the network released portions of it in what they deemed a "cannibalized" webseries split up into 6 parts. Therefore last week's episode "Potage" and the fourth episode pulled due to the Boston Marathon bombing, "Ceuf," lead us nicely into tonight's episode "Coquilles." We now know that Abigail Hobbs will most likely be the main focus of the rest of the season. (SPOILERS to follow)

Abigail wakes up and her main question throughout the episode (and probably the rest of her life) is "Can you catch somebody's crazy?

With Abigail out of her coma, Will is all about seeing her since he feels responsible for her. Unfortunately Dr. Bloom does not want him to see her, claiming it is too soon, so she herself goes and visits the daughter of the Minnesota Shrike. Bloom, like Graham, believes that Abigail was no an accomplice to her father's murders but also feels that her post-coma mannerisms are very "practical" and a bit manipulative. This is Dr. Bloom's main worry for the rest of the episode.

In a short side plot, Will is back at his teaching job discussing the copycat killer. The audience gets to see Lecter's reactions to Will's lecture (which is about Lecter unbeknownst to Will). Just to get this out of the way right now: ALWAYS pay attention to the way Hannibal (the brilliant Mads Mikkelsen) sort of smiles throughout each episode. It is so subtle but also amazingly creepy and revealing. The camera often stays glued to Mikkelsen for extended periods of time for no apparent reason, but just pay attention.

Anyway, Will is finally allowed to visit Abigail but Freddie Lounds has somehow gained access to the girl. Abigail meets Will (her father's killer) and Lecter (the man on the phone) in some awkward first moments but then is assisted by them the rest of the episode. Also Will says the dumbest thing to Lounds: "It's not smart to piss off a guy who thinks about killing people for a living." So she obviously posts it on her news blog and now he's in trouble with Crawford.

They bring Abigail back to her home and she starts to remember a lot of things. She slyly hints to Hannibal that she remembers his voice from the phone on that fateful day. Hannibal shows his first signs of concern.

Lounds tips off Nicholas Boyle (brother of the copycat killer's victim) that Abigail is out of her coma, and all hell breaks loose.

Nicholas confronts Abigail and a friend of hers, Marissa, in the backyard. Marissa hits him in the head with a thrown rock and he runs away as Hannibal and Will come to the rescue. Hannibal sees the rock with the blood on it and hides it.

Marissa ends up mounted in the Hobb's hunting cabin with Nicholas' blood on her teeth. Convenient! So now Nicholas is suspected to be the copycat. He tries to talk to Abigail, but she freaks out and stabs him. Lecter notices, knocks out Bloom, and convinces Abigail to hide the body and keep his secret. Now it looks like Boyle is on the loose and is the copycat killer.

"Ceuf," which was split up into a 6-part webseries, had the week's case cut out. It dealt with violence towards children and was definitely missed. But what we did get to see was everything else, which was therapy sessions, Hannibal investigating Will's house, and Abigail calling Lecter and Bloom "family" (while stoned). Lecter has the advantage.

So what about tonight's episode? Here is a preview clip for "Coquilles," the next chapter in the thrilling NBC hit Hannibal:
