Samsung Galaxy A 2017 series of smartphones price leaked ahead of launch

Samsung, the South Korean tech giant new flagship's promotional images were leaked along with the price tags. The flagships are none other than Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), Galaxy A3 (2017) and Galaxy A7 (2017).

It was earlier reported that the Samsung Galaxy A 2017 series of smartphones will be launched at an event in Malaysia on January 5, 2017 and global unveiling was expected to be done in the company's January 4 event ahead of CES 2017.

According to a report from SOYACINCAU, the tipster allegedly sent an image which serves as a pre-order ad for Galaxy A 2017 series. It is tipped that the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) will cost MYR 1,699, the Galaxy A7 (2017) to be priced at MYR 1,899 and price details for Galaxy A3 (2017) Smartphone is not yet provided.

The promotional images from Samsung Malaysia for the pre-order of Galaxy A 2017 series further reveal that users in Malaysia can pre-order the phones between January 6 and January 15, 2017. But the listed URL on the website is not working at present. Samsung Malaysia is giving away a Level U PRO wireless headset worth RM399 while stocks last.

According to Digit In, it is reported that all the three models will come with NFC and native support for Samsung Pay, with fingerprint sensors embedded in the home button. The design is also expected to be similar to Galaxy S7 with near identical corners and chamfered edges.

Also, it is reported that the Company's Russian website has put out user manuals for the devices, suggesting the devices will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow and not Nougat.

Considering the leaks and rumors till date, Galaxy A7 (2017) smartphone is expected to pack a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) display, powered by Samsung's octa-core Exynos 7880 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM, and a 16-megapixel rear and front camera with f/1.9 aperture . Also, it is expected to come with 32GB of inbuilt storage, expandable via a MicroSD card.

On the other hand, the  Galaxy A5 (2017) is speculated to sport a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixel) Super AMOLED display, an octa-core Exynos 7880 processor, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB expandable storage and a 16-megapixel camera on the front and back.

Considering the likely features and specs of Galaxy A3 (2017), the phone is expected to sport a 4.7-inch HD (720x1280 pixel) Super AMOLED display, a 1.5GHz octa-core Exynos 7870 processor, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of expandable storage.
