Mr. Robot Season 3 Spoilers: Angela’s shifty motivations add suspense in upcoming installment

Mr. Robot Season 3 could be one of the most anticipated series in 2017. The new season's plot thickens as Elliot (Rami Malek) finds out about Angela (Portia Doubleday) who betrayed him by joining The Dark Army. The main storyline of season 3 could be about Elliot demanding Angela's reason behind her betrayal.

As we have known, season 2 ended with Elliot got shot by Tyrell Wellick (Martin Wallström), Darlene (Carly Chaikin) got caught by The FBI, and Angela took a new turn by pulling out all of her plans to knock down E Corp and eventually joining The Dark Army. Mr. Robot's creator, Sam Esmail, according to Christian Post, has revealed that Doubleday's character will have one of the most fascinating storylines and will probably take the spotlight in the upcoming season. Esmail will also explore Angela's shifty motivation and her involvement in Dark Army's major plan.

"She's shifted once again. But is this an alliance with Elliot, or is it against Elliot, one of her oldest childhood friends?" Esmail added.

In addition to Angela' s shifty character, another thing that makes the upcoming season of Mr. Robot interesting is Elliot's mental disorder that shadowed his motivation to hack the country's economic. As per Mobile and Apps, season 3 will still feature Elliot's battle against his state of mind since the hacker seems still not able to escape from his acute hallucinations, particularly the ones with his dead father. The follow-up season will also elaborate Elliot's relationship with Tyrell after the ambitious tech executive confessed his affection towards Elliot.

Mr. Robot Season 3 will follow the story of the new Elliot who comes back battling Evil Corp after a whole season 2 of isolation in prison. As for the premiere date, there's still no confirmed detail. It seems like we will have to wait until mid-year to see more of Elliot and his hacker troop.
