Apple iPad Pro 2, which will be the new edition from Apple, will have traditional iPad innovations. If reports are to be believed then Apple's brand new iPads will not ship until the second half of this year.
THe largest Apple iPad Pro 12.9 was launched in September 2015 with big 12.9-inch screen, new stylus pen, updated operating system and improved display quality. Stylus's battery life has also improved with new stylish indicator, eraser, On/Off button and easy grip. The chain from then has been continued with iPad 9.7 and iPad Air 2 with new features and upgrades and a new Apple innovation was desperately awaited in 2016.
Appleinsider claimed to have received leaked images of the new iPad Pro 2 device. The source listed in the report, is said to be an Apple worker in the Asian supply chain. As per the source, the device is identified as model number MH1C2CD/F. This kind of identification has not been found in of Apple's existing devices. In the leaks, the tablet is armed with 12 Gigabytes of storage and new iOS 10 released in Beta for developers this month.
According to Forbes, alongside the expected updates to the iPad and iPad Pro family, Apple is also expected to offer an upgraded Apple Pencil during 2017. There are a number of indications in the leaks that the introduction could happen by the end of March.
The Apple Pencil is one of the key value add which the iPad Pro range of tablets has. It will help in promoting the hardware as suitable for creative, increases the use of the tablet to author new content and also keeps Apple relevant in the small but fanatical "pen-based computing" circles.
New iPad Pro is expected to come in 10.5-inch and the 12.9-inch and will ship with Apple's latest A10X chip. Historically, the X-version of Apple's iPhone SoCs run faster and swarm either an extra or a more powerful graphics core, this is needed to drive the higher resolution iPad displays.
The Apple iPad Pro was expected to release early this year. However, DigiTimes reports that these devices could be delayed to later this year. Citing "sources from the related upstream supply chain", publication claims that the devices won't even be announced until the second half of the year.
