WWE Has WrestleMania Plans For Triple H; John Cena To Team Up With Nikki Bella

As fans already know, Seth Rollins is currently out of action after re-injuring his right knee during the brawl with Samoa Joe at Monday's RAW. Rollins was examined in Birmingham on Wednesday but there is no update yet on how long before he returns.

Bryan Alvarez revealed on Wrestling Observer Live that WWE officials held a creative meeting on Wednesday to discuss Rollins' injury. It was previously reported that Triple H vs. Rollins has been the plan for WrestleMania 33 but there is still no official information on who would be his replacement.

Ewrestling reports that Triple H apparently wants to wrestle in Orlando because of his WWE NXT ties, with Alvarez noting that idea discussed had them to set up Joe vs. Triple H. Rollins has been pulled off of all weekend shows by WWE and it has been announced that a full update on his condition will be revealed on Monday's episode of RAW.

Fans feel that they are working his injury into the current storyline with Triple H on the chance that Rollins will be ready to return by WrestleMania. They announced that: "The full extent of Seth Rollins' injury remains unknown, but WWE can confirm that the former WWE Champion has not been cleared to compete at WWE Live Events this weekend." They added that a full medical update will be revealed this Monday night on Raw.

Triple H will still need a match even if Rollins is unable to compete at WrestleMania, and it has been reported that bouts between The Game and Shane McMahon or Samoa Joe are currently the subject of discussion. With the way things stand right now, it would make more sense to go the inter-promotional route with Shane and Trips.

John Cena's role on the show is also currently making headlines as it is rumored that Cena is teaming up with his girlfriend, Nikki Bella to take on The Miz and Maryse. A match between Baron Corbin and Cena has also been rumored, according to Topropepress.

Cena is estimated to lose the WWE World Title at Elimination Chamber and the current plan is for Bray Wyatt to win in the Chamber and defend against Randy Orton at WrestleMania 33.

WWE rumors have been swirling on what John Cena's match will be when WrestleMania finally arrives in April, 2017and there are also speculations that he would be involved in a historic match against The Undertaker.
