Chris Brown Threatens To Kill Ex-GF Karrueche Tran

Looks like R&B singer Chris Brown has forgotten the time he had to spend in probation for beating his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. Chris Brown's ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran has filed a restraining order against the singer claiming he plans to kill her.

In the papers filed in the court, Karrueche has claimed that earlier this month Brown told his friends that he was planning to kill her. She further claimed that Chris mentioned to his friends that he won't allow anyone else to have her if he can't have her. He even threatened to take Karrueche out and shoot her, reported TMZ.

Karrueche also accused Chris of physical abuse in their relationship. In the legal papers, she has claimed that several years ago, Chris had punched her in the stomach twice and had also pushed her down the stairs. Apparently, this incident of physical violence would have happened when Chris Brown was on probation for beating Rihanna. Not just Karrueche, Chris Brown has also threatened to harm her friends and dear ones.

As per the restraining order which was issued last Friday, Chris Brown has been asked to stay 100 yards away from Karrueche Tran, her mother and her brother. The restraining order also warned him of any attempts to contact Karrueche, reported Billboard. The next hearing on the order will be held on March 9 and Chris has been asked to surrender any firearms he has by then.

In 2009, Chris Brown was charged with two felonies for beating his then-girlfriend Rihanna hours before the Grammy Awards 2009. He was sentenced to five years' probation and six months' community service for attacking Rihanna. The singer was further asked to stay away from Rihanna for the next five years. His probation came to end in 2015 after he underwent domestic violence and anger management counseling.
