'South Park: The Fractured But Whole' Released Date Moved For The Second Time! [DETAILS HERE]

"South Park: The Fractured But Whole" is experiencing another setback. The anticipated game is reportedly delayed again and will not be ready until 2018 the latest.

Polygon reported that "South Park: The Fractured But Whole" is delayed for the second time. Ubisoft announced that the title will be released on their upcoming fiscal year, which will run from April 2017 through March 2018.

It can be recalled that this is not the first time that the game is delayed. Per, Engadget this is the second delay and Ubisoft did not offer an explanation for its latest decision to push back "South Park: The Fractured But Whole."

Initially, "South Park: The Fractured But Whole" was set to debut in Dec. 6, 2016. However, Ubisoft decided to push the game back to the first quarter of 2017 because they want to meet the expectations of their fans.

"The development team wants to make sure the game experience meets the high expectations of fans and the additional time will help them achieve this goal." Just recently, "South Park: The Fractured But Whole" is moved to the next fiscal year of Ubisoft, which suggests that the title will not be ready until 2018.

The second delay of "South Park: The Fractured But Whole" made Ubisoft revised its sale forecast for the current fiscal year, which ends in March. Initially, the forecast was between €1.61 billion to €1.67 billion for 2016-17 fiscal year then this dropped €155 million without the title.

The previous entry in the "South Park" franchise titled "South Park: The Stick of Truth" also suffered the same fate. The game was also pushed back from second half of 2012 to early 2013. Later on, it was pushed back to the later part of 2013.

Unfortunately, the "South Park: The Stick of Truth" was even more delayed when THQ collapsed. Ubisoft picked up the game later in 2013 and announced to release the game in December of the same year. However, it was delayed again and was finally released in March 2014.
