'Beauty And The Beast' Star Emma Watson Is Dating Someone! Why She Hates Selfies W/ Fans

The new installment of "Beauty and the Beast" this year is one of the most talked about film this month. Harry Potter actress Emma Watson plays the character "Beauty" and is now busy promoting the film worldwide. It seems like Watson isn't planning to talk about his boyfriend and have selfies with her fans for her film promotion.

Yes, Watson is dating an unnamed guy, but unfortunately for fans (and paparazzi everywhere); the actress won't talk about her love life. According to Huffington Post, the "Beauty and The Beast" star told on interviews that the privacy of her life, including her dating life, is so important. Watson elaborated further and stated that in Hollywood, dating gets tied up to film promotion. Watson said that she doesn't want her special someone to feel being tangled up with her latest film promotion.

But according to Elle, Watson's rumored boyfriend is said to be William "Mack" Knight, a tech entrepreneur and a graduate of Princeton. Watson and Knight have been seen on several photographs last year. Looks like Hermione fell in love with a wizard, but not quite a wizard you'd expect from Hogwarts. Knight is known to be a Computer Wizard and loves gadgets and nature.

Watson also said on her interview with Vanity Fair that she will not grant any selfie request from her fans anymore. But fans should not worry; it is not like Watson doesn't care for her fans anymore. Her reason for doing this is to protect her privacy. Privacy is a very important aspect of life for the actress. And to elaborate further, this is how she explained:

"For me, it's the difference between being able to have a life and not. If someone takes a photograph of me and posts it, within two seconds they've created a marker of exactly where I am within 10 meters. They can see what I'm wearing and who I'm with. I just can't give that tracking data."

Watson would still entertain autograph request and will answer questions if fans asked. But fans should expect that they will never be able to get their selfie requests granted.
