Film director Zack Snyder has released a teaser for Aquaman's appearance in "Justice League." The short clip gives a glimpse at Atlantis and shows actor Jason Momoa swimming underwater.

Snyder shared the teaser on his Twitter page and it has since made the rounds online. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the short video comes from editing bay. Snyder is prepping up Momoa's scenes in "Justice League" ahead of the film's release on Nov. 17.

The "Justice League" teaser simply shows Momoa as Aquaman, swimming underwater. He is swimming towards someone or something holding what appears to be a trident. The video is a little blurry to make out everything in the scene.

However, it gives fans their first look at Atlantis in "Justice League." The video reveals Aquaman's surroundings. There are other sea creatures in the background and plenty of coral reefs. There are also large pillars surrounding the area.

Momoa previously expressed his excitement for fans to see Aquaman's underwater world in "Justice League." According to IGN, the actor had complimented the setting and said he is "extremely happy" with the outcome. From his statement, fans can be assured that Atlantis will not disappoint the fans.

The downside in the teaser though is that Momoa's face is barely visible. Regardless, fans already saw the actor as Aquaman in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice." The King of Atlantis made his appearance at the end of the film when Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) saw his file on the computer. In the scene, Momoa only stared sternly at the camera. Likewise, fans already saw Momoa as Aquaman in the trailer for "Justice League."

Aside from his appearance in “Justice League,” Momoa will reprise the aquatic superhero in the “Aquaman” solo movie. The film will debut in US theaters on Oct. 5, 2018. The movie is directed by James Wan.
