'Blue Bloods' Season 7 Spoilers: New Partner Teased for Jamie; Eddie to be Written Off Series?

“Blue Bloods" Season 7 has seen some progress in the romance of Jamie and Eddie, although not as much as fans would have wanted it to. Now, Will Estes, who plays Jamie Reagan in the series, teases that there is a new woman in his character’s life. How will this affect Jamie and Eddie when everybody knows they have a lot of sorting out to do in their relationship?

Estes posted a photo in Instagram with another actress (Sarah Mezzanotte) and both eere in police uniform. He captioned it as “new partner”. The post left fans speculating that there will be trouble ahead for Jamie and Eddie’s (Vanessa Ray) relationship as they will be involved in a love triangle in “Blue Bloods” Season 7.

Fans were also left wondering why Jamie would need a new partner. Speculations about Vanessa Ray leaving “Blue Bloods” Season 7 have cropped up. This could only be the reason fans can think of that will warrant getting a new partner for Jamie.

TVLine was quick to report, however, that there will be no love triangle nor Eddie leaving the department in “Blue Bloods” Season 7. The report revealed that Mezzanotte will be guest starring in only one episode.

In the next episode of “Blue Bloods” Season 7, Jamie and Eddie will suspect a foul play when a dying woman’s 911 call is ignored a cording to The Futon Critic. She is trying to seek help for her deadly reaction to the medicine which was supposed to save her life. But, the EMT that is supposed to be dispatched to rescue her happens to be her husband, who chose not to respond to her call. This makes Jamie and Eddie think that her husband wanted her to suffer.

Also in the “Blue Bloods” Season 7 episode titled “Shadow of a Doubt”, Erin (Bridget Moynahan) tries to correct her mistake of convicting an innocent man that happened a few years back. Frank (Tom Selleck), on the other hand will deal with a major PR problem in his department. A major expose that involves his de facto chief of staff Garrett Moore (Gregory Ibara) has been publicized. Frank needs to diffuse the fallout specially since the image of the NYPD is at stake.
