"The Walking Dead" Season 7 finale is only a week away yet there are still revelations yet to surface. For instance, Greg Nicotero revealed that fans can look forward to something different from the rest of the season in Episode 13.
Speaking to Comic Book, executive director Greg Nicotero said that the momentum of "The Walking Dead" Season 7 keeps advancing. The first half of the season built up the story for the second half. But in the finale, fans of the AMC horror show will finally see the culmination of Negan's reign of terror.
Rick Grimes was a drastically changed man in the first eight episodes of "The Walking Dead" Season 7, but he strengthened his resolve and reverted to his old self after the Saviors took out two members of his crew. It has been tough for him and the rest, being under Negan's rule, but the finale will be the culmination of their journey.
But what else can loyal fans expect from the finale of "The Walking Dead" Season 7? Well, they can look forward to Carol's return, as photos and stills shared by Heavy showed. She is on her way to the Kingdom and kills off some zombies on the path. It is not yet known, however, what her reason is for heading to King Ezekiel's domain but Daryl could be a reason. And when she gets to the former zookeeper's kingdom, she asks for Morgan and is dead serious about it.
Another photo from the "The Walking Dead" Season 7 finale shows a cardboard with the words "BURY ME HERE" in the front of a freshly-dug grave. Sasha is said to be the next to die but this grave could not be intended for her as she is at the Hilltop and not in the Kingdom. It could be for somebody in Ezekiel's community or it is there to serve as a warning to his people.
Lastly, AMC teased that Rick Grimes and his crew will be meeting up with the Saviors in "The Walking Dead" Season 7 finale. But whatever the two groups will talk about, the meet-up will not likely end well and will result in war.
