Are Hook and Emma finally getting engaged in "Once Upon A Time" Season 6 Episode 12? The midseason promo for the series showed an engagement ring, thus making the question hang heavily in the air.
ABC has fans thinking and expecting Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) to pop the question to Emma (Jennifer Morrison) in "Once Upon A Time" Season 6 Episode 12? The two of them have been in a serious relationship for some time now, so an engagement would make sense. CarterMatt also pointed out that the danger Emma recently faced (she almost lost her life) could spur Hook into action.
Showrunners Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis also teased fans with regard to the ring that was shown in the midseason trailer. Kitsis told Screener that there was a ring indeed. But nobody knows yet the identity of the owner or to whom it will be given or if viewers will even see it again in "Once Upon A Time" Season 6 Episode 12.
Still, Hook still has a lot of things to consider before proposing to his lady love. The official synopsis for "Once Upon A Time" Season 6 Episode 12 spoke of Hook having to prove himself to David Nolan (Josh Dallas). Hook is, of course, eager to show Emma's father that he is not another run-of-the-mill pirate. That is why he readily agreed to help Prince Charming investigate the circumstances of his father's demise.
"Once Upon A Time" Season 6 Episode 12, aptly titled "Murder Most Foul" will not revolve only around Emma, Hook and David though. Regina (Lana Parilla) will have her hands full getting Robin (Sean Maguire) settled in Storybrooke. On top of that, she finds out that he is more than what he shows, thereby making the task more difficult. The former Evil Queen, of course, will not give up on him. But the real question at hand is Robin's willingness to help and to transform himself. Nevertheless, Regina will be reopening herself to more heartbreak, as was the case in last season.
