Donald Trump Jr. has poked at the media in one of his recent social media posts. He shared a photo of his daughter, Kai, holding a huge stash of cash notes during her visit to the U.S. Treasury. The U.S. president's son made it sure that his message reached the media.

According to Mail Online, the eldest son of Donald Trump used the following hashtags in his post: #fakenews #preempttheoutrage. As fans know, the 45th president of the United States has had a shady history with the media. He has been taking jabs at the media and journalists over the past years.

Donald Trump has previously said the press is "out of control." He also complained of the "level of dishonesty" that some media people practice. He has faced a whole lot of criticism from journalists and the masses for accusing some media outlets of spreading bad news about him.

It is unclear if Donald Trump Jr. is trying to mimic his father's acts against the media. On the other hand, a lot of fans found the recent post funny. Still, others found something to find offense in.

U.S. Weekly adds that Donald Trump Jr. also shared a photo of Kai sitting behind the desk of her grandfather. The presidential son seemed to joke about his daughter running for office in 2060. He also used #girlpower in his post that has gained thousands of likes.

Donald Trump Jr. has stood with his father all throughout his campaign and it appears that he is once again standing with the U.S. president in his bout against journalists. While the father-and-son duo may have been tough on the media in the past, it appears they are open to joking this time.

Donald Trump is the current U.S. president. He is 70 years old and has been married thrice. His latest wife is Melania Trump. He has five children and is a well-known businessman and TV personality.
