Chrissy Teigen Plastic Surgery: 'Everything Is Fake Except My Cheeks'

Chrissy Teigen is one of the most celebrated models in Hollywood. However, John Legend's wife is not shy enough to admit that she has gone under the knife several times already.

During a presentation of the new palette, Chrissy Teigen sat with a group of beauty editors around a kitchen table. She was asked if her round cheeks were real or implants and her response speak volume about herself.

"Everything about me is fake except my cheeks," Chrissy Teigen said per Byrdie. The supermodel then pointed to her forehead, nose and lips while saying, "fake, fake, fake."

In general, models want to attribute their great appearance to genes because they want to look natural. However, John Legend's better half doesn't think the same. In fact, she is so honest about this matter.

Aside from her face, Chrissy Teigen admitted that she had a plastic surgery. Nine years ago she underwent a liposuction surgery to remove the extra fat under her arms. She didn't think that the procedure was necessary, but she was happy with the results.

 According to the former "Model Employee" host, the procedure added two more inches on her arms' length. It also adds more confidence when she wears sleeveless tops and dresses. However, the fat is back and now Chrissy Teigen laughed while saying that she has to pay for it again.

Chrissy Teigen confirms this on her Twitter account. "Reminder to never ever joke, ever (I did do the armpits, no regrets except it clearly came back)," she wrote in the caption.

Aside from openly speaking about her plastic surgery and liposuction, Chrissy Teigen is not shy to talk about her stretch marks and postpartum depression. However, her confession does not make her less of a what she is today.

John Legend's wife remains to be a fantastic cook, impressive host and a doting mom. Many also see her as an inspiration for her guts and confidence in opening about the topics that most women shun to discuss.
