The singer couple Liam Payne and Cheryl welcomed their first child, named Bear into the world on March 22. Unfortunately, the couple failed to legally register their son within the 42-day limit. They are now four days overdue and have to pay a fine.
"They spent over a week getting to know him first before deciding. They wanted to get to know him before they decided on the name," a source told The Sun. Late registration caused the former one Direction member and Girls Aloud singer have to pay the fine amounting to £200.
Cheryl, 33, delivered a baby boy at London Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. She announced her joyous news on Instagram by sharing a photo of Liam Payne, 23, carrying their newborn child. "On Wednesday 22nd March Liam and I became parents to an incredibly beautiful, healthy baby boy, weighing 7lb 9 and looking like a dream," she wrote in the caption.

"Although he still doesn't have a name he is already stealing hearts. We are all madly in love and overwhelmingly happy with our little arrival. Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers around the world. A day that now has a different meaning to me forever," Cheryl added.
In other news, it's been four months since Cheryl was last seen in public. Many of her fans are starting to worry why she has to disappear for so long already. "Cheryl, understandably, doesn't want to be body shamed," a source says. "She knows what a talking point her weight has always been and she's not ready for the inevitable comments about her body."
But it's not just the public eye that Cheryl is allegedly worried about. A source revealed that the first-time mom doesn't visit friends or even speak over FaceTime or Skype, through chance photographers will snap her and her child.
What do you think of the couple failing to legally register their first child on time? Why is Cheryl hiding? Is this part of a postpartum depression that one experiences after childbirth? Drop a comment below.
