Giuliana Rancic Baby News: Starlet Wants Another Baby with Husband Bill, Cancer Survivor Talks Family Life

Despite having one baby, a husband and a career, E! host Giuliana Rancic has no intention of slowing down. In an interview with Access Hollywood, the 38-year-old journalist admitted that she and her husband Bill are already thinking about baby No. 2!

"We're definitely thinking about it. We'd love another child," she told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover yesterday (June 12). "So, we'll see!"

Rancic, who attributed her desire to having a big family to her Italian roots, wants to have as many kids as she and her husband can handle. However, sometimes her man thinks just one is enough. "Any time we have a rough time with Duke, he's like, 'What do you think about just one?'" she said.

Despite joking that one child is enough, Giuliana admitted that her hubby is adjusting to fatherhood quite well with their 9-month-old son.

"I think Bill is an incredible father, so loving. There are times where I definitely think Bill is a better parent. If I'm at work, Bill will step in and he's just a great dad. Instead of sitting the kid in front of cartoons, he takes him out and tries to engage with him whatever he can," she said. "He just wants to be as involved as possible with the baby."

Giuliana and Bill Rancic long had issues with fertility. After going through in-vitro fertilization three times and miscarrying once, the reality stars decided to have a child through a gestational carrier. Their son, Edward Duke Rancic, was born on Aug. 29, 2012.

Before having their son, Giuliana received terrifying news: she had breast cancer. The survivor underwent a double mastectomy in late 2011.
