Fun. guitarist Jack Antonoff recently revealed that co-writing the song "SweeterThan Fiction" with Taylor Swift for the soundtrack to the film One Chance has apparently made him into a better musician. That is high-praise considering his band is one of the biggest artists in recent years.
"She's just like the most incredible writer and singer and performer," Antonoff said in a recent interview. "She feels completely unaffected by all the stuff happening around her, so working with her was like the most amazing experience. ... It made me better at what I do just watching her process."
Swift is no stranger to tabloid headlines, so it's nice to hear that another musician has recognized that she doesn't let that stuff get to her. Most recently, Swift was linked to actor Brenton Thwaites when she was attending the Toronto International Film Festival (where One Chance premiered).
But a source who ran the young actor said that Thwaites denied the rumors.
"He was with a group of about eight people at Bar Masa in NYC on Wednesday night," the new source explained. "At one point, after dinner, I heard someone ask him about hanging out with Taylor at Soho House two nights ago in Toronto and he said, 'I took one photo with the girl! I mean, we were hanging out all night, but now suddenly she's my girlfriend!'"
