Though no casting news for Star Wars: Episode VII has been announced, the main rumors around this topic seem to focus on returning cast members. Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher are definitely the main draws for reprisals, but what if other, lesser-known stars returned. At the New York City Comic-Con last week, actor Anthony Daniels all but confirmed that he would be coming back as C-du3PO in the J.J. Abrams-directed movie.
While hosting a panel at the convention last week, Daniels informed the audience that he would not be talking about anything related to the upcoming seventh movie installment of Star Wars.
"Walls have ears. And we know what they look like. They're very big ears," Daniels joked, referring to Disney's Mickey Mouse's ears.
The audience refused to keep quiet about the upcoming movie, though. Daniels had to avoid such questions but one made him slip up a bit.
When asked how important it was to be the only actor to appear in all 6 and "maybe 7" of the Star Wars films, Daniels responded: "Yes, I am the only actor to be in all seven because I feel ... "
He paused, noticing his revealing mistake and added: "Six! Whatever."
Do you consider this a confirmation of C-3PO's return or was this a simple mistake?

Meanwhile, Star Trek legend William Shatner recently shared his thoughts on the upcoming Star Wars movie.
"It's going to be wonderful for both franchises. He certainly has enlivened Star Trek," the actor said. "I'm looking forward to seeing what he's going to do because he's going to do something different, that's for sure."
He added: "There are very few people who can make those kinds of movies, to have the sensibility. He's got a lot of wonderful people around him. He'll make a fabulous movie."
