Well, it's about time that Glee took on the cultural phenomenon that is twerking. This Thursday (Nov. 14), the FOX musical dramedy will air an episode titled "The End of the Twerk," and of course, the episode wouldn't be complete without a little Miley Cyrus.

Yes, it's time that the smash, No. 1 hit "Wrecking Ball" got the Glee treatment, and it has arrived today (Nov. 11) on YouTube. Performed by Marley Rose (Melissa Benoist), the Glee cover is relatively straightforward. Some of the high notes are missing from the verses, and it lacks the real emotional punch of the original, but largely, the song remains untouched.

It has yet to be revealed why Marley takes on the heartbreaking Cyrus track in "The End of the Twerk," but it's likely that there will be some major drama between Marley, her boyfriend Jake Puckerman and Bree. As revealed in a recent promo, it is known that Marley does come swinging in on a literal wrecking ball, smashing the choir room at McKinley High.

Yes, there will be wrecking balls. It seems as though there will be some "Blurred Lines" as well. In a promo that aired after last week's Glee episode "A Katy or a Gaga," "Blurred Lines" is heavily featured as the characters on Glee rebel.

Kurt and Rachel decide to get some tattoos in New York City, while the New Directions at McKinley High are taught to twerk, much to the dismay of Principal Sylvester, who calls for an end to all the booty-popping madness. It's sure to be a rousing good Glee time, which will be a nice reprise from the still totally upsetting Finn Hudson tribute episode, "The Quarterback."
