It's another monstrous week for the Billboard Hot 100. Eminem and Rihanna's second smash collaboration "The Monster" lands at No. 1 on the chart for the third week in a row.
According to Billboard, "The Monster" shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon and has actually grown in popularity by two percent over the last week, with 146 million radio listeners and a No. 1 spot on the Streaming Songs and On-Demand Songs charts. Additionally, the track received its sparkly new music video on Dec. 16, helping "The Monster" to gain more streaming points.
The top six songs on the Billboard Hot 100 remain in the same place as last week, in an obviously stagnant chart week. That means Pitbull and Ke$ha's "Timber" falls at No. 2, following by OneRepublic's "Catching Stars," A Great Big Something's "Say Something" (feat. Christina Aguilera), Lorde's "Royals" at No. 5 and Imagine Dragon's "Demons" at No. 6.
Though no new songs reached the top 10 this week, there were a few shakeups at the bottom of the chart.
Passenger's chilled out "Let Her Go" rose two spots to now sit at No. 7. Avicii's "Wake Me Up!" continues to fall down the chart. After peaking at No. 4 for several weeks, the EDM-country hybrid slipped to No. 8. Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball" is losing steam, falling yet another spot to No. 9.
Meanwhile, One Direction round out the top 10 with "Story Of My Life."
The Hot 100 needs to watch out though Beyoncé is coming. Her collaboration with husband Jay Z "Drunk in Love" debuted at No. 12 on the Hot 100 this week.
