Journey reunion at Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards' wedding? One Direction heartthrob is determined to give his Little Mix fiance the perfect gift!

Journey is one of the most iconic rock bands in the history of music, but the current lineup does not include original lead singer Steve Perry. A reunion of the original members seems farfetched, but some rumors are spreading that One Direction's Zayn Malik is trying to make it happen for his wedding. His fiancé, Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards, admitted earlier this year that Steve Perry was her ideal performer for the wedding, so it looks like Malik has taken note and is trying to make her dream come true!

According to an insider speaking to The Sun, Journey's guitarist Neal Schon admitted he'd be up for a one-night-only reunion with Steve and the rest of the band, but getting Perry onboard could be much more of a hassle.

"Zayn is hopeful Journey will be there in some guise," the source said. "Neal has made it clear through his channels he is up for it. He has his touring band who can play. But he knows Steve was the voice of that hit record, and no one on earth really sounds like him."

The insider added: "If Steve and Neal were to reunite, it would be a massive affair and a payday. It's a feat but Zayn's reach across the music industry is huge."
