George Clooney's ex-girlfriend Stacy Keibler marries Jared Pobre

Last year, George Clooney and his model/actress girlfriend Stacy Keibler called it quits after the possibility of marriage was taken out of the equation. They split in the summer of 2013 and Keibler moved on to tech entrepreneur Jared Pobre. As of this weekend, the two were married on a beach in Mexico and Keibler is incredibly excited to share the news with the world.

"My happiness is indescribable!" the 34-year-old model told PEOPLE in a statement. "Marriage is the ultimate bond of love and friendship. It means putting all your faith and trust into a person that you can't help but believe is your soul mate. Someone who has all of your best interests at heart; someone handpicked for you, to help you grow and be the best person that you can be. Jared is all of this for me." 

The statement continued: "We both felt strongly that our 'love day' should be intimately special, and that's exactly what it was. It was a blend of romance, tranquility, natural beauty, bonding and overwhelming love." 

Though this statement of pure happiness is definitely exciting, some are saying that it could easily be a backhanded remark aimed at Clooney. If you "read between the lines," you can definitely pick apart this marriage announcement and take out parts that sound as if Keibler is a bit "braggy."
