Lou Teasdale is more than just another hair stylist for celebrities. Working with One Direction, she's become somewhat of a celebrity herself thanks to her friendship with the boys and her impressive online presence with Twitter and Instagram. In a new interview with The Daily Star, Teasdale gushed about her dream job and expressed her hopes of working with other stars.
"It can be glamorous," she said of her current gig with the biggest boy band in the world. "We get to go to really cool places but I don't think any job is all glam. If you're successful you work all hours and in any conditions, which doesn't always end up being glam!"
Teasdale recently released a new book on style and beauty called The Craft.
"I like to think of it as a beauty bible for girls who wanna try being a bit more experimental with their hair and make-up, which is becoming more and more trendy," she said.
Lou called working with One Direction her "dream job," and also dropped some names she'd like to add to her client list including Miley Cyrus, Caroline Flack, and Olly Murs.
She also spoke about some hair trends she hopes come back into popular culture.
"I'm backing the mullet's comeback. It's been on the catwalks for the past couple of seasons and I think its all part of the Nineties revival," she revealed. "I think the dip dye is here to stay, too. It's the new highlights and is more than just a fad."
